GOOGLE了一下，没什么结果，大部分都说是权限的问题，在微软的网站上翻也说是权限的问题，检查权限，发现权限也没什么问题。\r

后来很有耐心的察看系统日志，发现有提示说 ASP.NET 2.0 需要单独跑一个“应用程序池”，就是单独的IIS进程，增加一个“应用程序池”，并使用之，问题解决。
